Welcome to Chili Deals. These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of chilideals.com and our deal-discovery service (the “Site”). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Site.

1. What ChiliDeals is

ChiliDeals is a deal-discovery service. We find, verify, and share limited-time deals, coupons, and price drops from third-party retailers, and link you to those retailers to complete any purchase. We do not sell products directly and are not the seller, merchant, or retailer of record for any deal you find here.

2. Using the Site

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Site to find deals for your own personal, non-commercial use. You agree not to:

• Copy, scrape, harvest, or republish our content or deals without permission;
• Use bots, crawlers, or automated tools that burden our systems;
• Interfere with, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to the Site or its data;
• Use the Site for any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purpose.

3. Deal alerts & communications

If you subscribe to our newsletter or deal alerts, you consent to receive emails from us. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email.

4. Third-party retailers & links

The Site links to third-party retailers and websites. When you click a deal (including “Get Deal”), you leave ChiliDeals and any purchase is made on the retailer’s own website, governed by their terms, policies, pricing, and availability. We don’t control and aren’t responsible for those retailers, their products, their content, or your transactions with them. Any dispute about a product, payment, shipping, or return is strictly between you and the retailer.

5. Affiliate relationship

Some links on the Site are affiliate links, and we may earn a commission on qualifying purchases at no extra cost to you. See our Affiliate Disclosure for the details.

6. Pricing & availability

Deals, prices, coupons, and availability are set by the retailers and can change or expire at any time. We verify deals when we post them, but can’t guarantee any price or offer will still be available when you click through. Always confirm the current price on the retailer’s page before buying. We’re not liable for pricing errors, expired deals, or out-of-stock items.

7. Intellectual property

The Site and its content — including text, graphics, logos, and the ChiliDeals name and branding — are owned by Chili Deals or its licensors and protected by intellectual-property laws. You may not use our trademarks or content without our prior written permission. Product names, images, and trademarks shown in deals belong to their respective owners.

8. Disclaimers

The Site and all content are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. We don’t warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that any deal, price, or piece of information is accurate, complete, or current.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Chili Deals and its team won’t be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss arising from your use of the Site, your reliance on any deal or information, or your transactions with third-party retailers. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the Site is to stop using it.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Chili Deals from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.

11. Changes to the Site & these Terms

We may modify or discontinue the Site (or any part of it) at any time, and we may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page; the “Last updated” date above shows the latest revision. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Los Angeles County, California.
